Based on the substrate assessment, we select primers engineered for the specific material. Drywall, wood, MDF, masonry — each gets the right bonding agent, not a generic multi-surface.
You receive a detailed, line-item scope document before any work begins. Every task, every product, every surface — documented and priced. No surprises.
This is where 70% of the time goes. Sanding, caulking, patching, priming, and masking. We document prep work in your portal with daily photos so you can see what's happening under the topcoat.
Spray + backbrush for siding and large surfaces. Brush-only for trim and detail work. Every pass is inspected before the next coat goes on.
Final walkthrough with you present. We check every surface at multiple angles and light conditions. Touch-ups completed same day. Your touch-up reference stays in your portal permanently.
Every project comes with a 2-year warranty on labor and application. If something doesn’t hold up — peeling, adhesion failure, coating defects — we come back and fix it. The warranty is backed by our process: when prep is done right, failures are rare.
